Boyaa Interactive Invests In MTT ESports With Bitcoin

According to Odaily, Boyaa Interactive announced on September 17, 2024, through the Hong Kong Stock Exchange that it has entered into a subscription agreement with MTT ESports Limited. The investment, valued at approximately $5.819 million based on the market price of Bitcoin as of the day before the announcement, involves 100 units of Bitcoin. Upon completion of the investment, Boyaa Interactive will acquire a 25% equity stake in MTT ESports. However, MTT ESports will not become a subsidiary of Boyaa Interactive, and its financial performance will not be consolidated into the group’s financial statements.
