Zora Proposes ‘Spark’ As New Ethereum Unit

According to Foresight News, NFT marketplace and Layer 2 network Zora has announced a proposal to introduce ‘Spark’ as a new unit for Ethereum. The proposed unit, represented by the unicode symbol ‘✧’, equates to one-millionth of an Ethereum (ETH). Specifically, 1 Spark is equivalent to 0.000001 ETH, and 1 ETH is equal to 1 million Sparks. The official statement from Zora indicates that the team plans to transition its mobile testing to a native Spark experience in the coming weeks.
